Bows Arts is a children's hair accessories brand that has been loved by customers and boutiques for over 40 years. Bows Arts was founded in 1978 and is based out of Glenview, IL. We wholesale our hair accessories to stores and boutiques throughout the United States and internationally. Besides making beautiful and high-quality bows, our mission is to empower and employ local minority women and moms.Our founder was a sponsor of Vietnamese refugees after the war, and she recruited them to make the very first Bows Arts bows. Since then, we have continued to employ these refugee women and partner with refugee organizations.
