After 3 seasons in Berlin, Playtime has helped many of its exhibitors develop their market in Germany, and has durably strengthened its bonds with German buyers. However, in spite of our best efforts, we’ve noticed no positive evolution in the number of visitors, and nothing to indicate that it would change any time soon.
It could be that there is no room for another kids show in Europe at the moment, it could also be that the market in Germany is too divided to make it worthwhile for brands having a full-scale trade show there.
Consequently, we have decided to no longer hold Playtime in Berlin, and focus our attention on other markets.
We’ll make sure to keep you informed of any new Playtime project, and in the meantime, we’re happy to welcome you in Paris, Tokyo or New York, and all year round on Playtime Online!
